This summer, Traton Homes’ newest
community 28 and Mill is coming to the Downtown Woodstock area. Located on Mill
Street, this 28 luxury townhome community is sited in the Downtown Woodstock
area. Woodstock was named “One of the top 50 Places to live in the U.S.” by
Money Magazine for many reasons including incredible shopping and dining.
Residents of
this community will be walking distance from over 18 restaurants, several
unique attractions and numerous shops in Downtown Woodstock. Many of these shops
participate in Friday Night Live, where merchants stay open late and offer
discounts the first Friday of every month. There are also many recreational
areas nearby, such as the Noonday Creek Trail. In addition, the Farm Fresh
Market in Downtown Woodstock is open every Saturday through the end of October.
The farmers market features fresh vegetables and fruit, flowers, soaps and so
much more from local vendors. There will always be something to do in Downtown
Woodstock for residents of 28 and Mill.
For your
daily commute, 28 and Mill residents have easy access to I-575. Children in the
community will attend highly rated Cherokee County Schools.
